Gawhari Khanum (daughter of Haj Zu al-Riyasatayn) makes her daughter, Batul Khanum, the executor of her will so that after Gawhari Khanum's death Batul Khanum has to sell the three-sixths of the mills in Murad Bak valley, or buy that share, and spend the money for the expenses in the year of Gawhari Khanum's death. Seven hundred tumans of subtenancy should be paid for fifty years of fasts and prayers. Five hundred tumans should be paid for the expenses of carrying the corpse to the holy cities in Iraq. Settlement between Gawhar Taj Khanum and her grandson, 1926
Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.

Will of Hajiyah Aqa, 1868
Hajiyah Aqa, daughter of Asad Allah Khan Shirazi, transfers all her properties to Khadijah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Muhibb ʻAli Shirazi, provided that Khadijah Sultan Khanum sacrifice a sheep every year on ʻId-i Qurban. The second part is her will, in which she talks about the details of her funeral.

Haji Mahdi Aqa the merchant from Salmas, the son of Haji ‘Abd al-Karim the merchant, has assigned his nephew, Haji Mirza Aqa Muhammad Riza the merchant, as the executor of his will and Haji ‘Ali Aqa the merchant as the overseer. They are responsible for paying his debts and determining one-third of his belongings to be spent on the religious expenses of his will. Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars.
